Affiliates: join the ProCompliance affiliate programme
Affiliates recommend our courses or sell them under their own brand. We deliver the training, issue the certificates and support the learners.
What the affiliate programme is
An affiliate puts ProCompliance training in front of its own clients, members or network. There are two ways to take part, so you can do either or both.
Refer a client
Introduce a business that needs to train its people. Once they have spoken to a member of our team, we agree a discount on your own training with you directly. There is also no cap on how many businesses you can refer.
Run your own microsite
Sell our courses from your own online course shop on our platform. Your name, your colours, your web address and your prices, set within a range that we agree with you. Then we deliver the training and issue the certificates.
Who our affiliates are
Our affiliates advise, train or represent UK employers, so they already get asked about compliance training as part of that work.
Training providers
Classroom and on-site trainers who want an online library beside what they already deliver, but without building one.
Consultants
Health and safety, HR and compliance consultants whose clients ask where to send staff for the training a policy calls for.
Membership bodies
Trade associations and membership organisations that want a training offer for members under their own name.
HR advisers
Outsourced HR services that set up inductions and mandatory training for client companies.
Health and safety advisers
Advisers who write the risk assessments, and who want the training that follows to come from somewhere they trust.
Franchisors
Franchise networks that need the same training delivered the same way to every franchisee.
How the affiliate programme works
Four steps, and nothing starts until we have written the terms down.
Get in touch
First, tell us who you work with. Then say whether you want to refer clients, sell under your own brand, or both.
Agree the terms in writing
We talk it through and put the arrangement in writing before anything starts, so both sides know exactly what we agreed.
Introduce or sell
Refer a client to the team. Or set up your microsite, then choose your courses and set your prices within the agreed range.
We deliver, you keep the relationship
We run the course, the test, the certificate and the learner emails, because delivery is our job. Your client stays your client.
Why become an affiliate
Affiliates put their name to training that UK employers already trust, without taking on the work of delivering it.
A library your clients already need
120+ online courses across five areas: health and safety, HR and wellbeing, business compliance, professional skills and the Care Certificate. Selected courses carry IOSH approval or CPD accreditation, and each course page shows which.
Proof you can point to
More than 1,000 UK organisations train with us, and customers rate us 4.9 from 77 reviews on Reviews.io. That record does the reassuring for you.
Nothing to build or support
We run the platform, the courses, the certificates and the learner emails. You can also set a microsite up in an afternoon with no developer, and everything you change previews live before you save it.
How the relationship works
Plain terms for affiliates, written down, and a clear line between what is ours and what is yours.
- We agree terms in writing before you start. The arrangement depends on how you take part, so there is no fixed commission rate.
- We deliver the training, issue the certificates and support the learners on our platform.
- You keep the customer relationship. Your clients and your members stay yours.
- We agree referral discounts with you directly, once the business you introduced has spoken to the team.
- You set microsite prices yourself, within a floor and, where one applies, a ceiling that we agree for each course.
- Your account manager is the person to ask about adding courses, buying credits and anything commercial.
