How we filmed the updated sexual harassment course
The preventative duty rises to all reasonable steps on 30 October 2026, so the course was rewritten and filmed again. Here is what that looked like.

On 30 October 2026 the duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment rises from reasonable steps to all reasonable steps, and employers also become liable for harassment of their staff by third parties, such as customers. That is a change to the question a tribunal will ask you, so it is a change to what the training has to say.
We rewrote the course for it, and then we filmed it again. These two pictures are from that day.
This one was filmed with a presenter to camera. There is a script on a prompter, a boom microphone above the frame and softboxes either side, and the sound is watched on the camera monitor while it is being recorded rather than repaired afterwards.

Not every course on The Globe is made this way, and it would be wrong to suggest they all are. This one is about how people behave at work, so it is a person telling you rather than a screen showing you, and that is why a change in the law meant a filming day rather than a find and replace.
What changed in the course
The wording moved with the duty. Where the course used to describe reasonable steps it now describes all reasonable steps, and it explains what that does to the test: not whether you had a policy, but whether there was anything further you could sensibly have done. Third party harassment has a section of its own, because most businesses have not had to think about it before.
If your team took the earlier version, they should take this one. The old completion keeps its own date and the new one sits beside it, so the record shows when each was done.
