The Cookies this site uses

These items keep Our Site working and are set whether or not you accept anything optional.

Name	Type	Category	What it is for	Kept for
`pc_cookie_consent`	Local storage, with a first party cookie of the same name where site storage is blocked	Essential privacy choice	Remembers the visitor’s privacy choice and its expiry so the site can respect it.	180 days
`promoHidden`	Session storage	Site preference	Remembers that the visitor dismissed the announcement bar during the current visit.	Current browsing session
`WordPress sign-in cookies`	Cookies	Essential account security	Authenticates authorised WordPress users and protects signed-in sessions. These are not set for ordinary browsing.	Session; up to 14 days if “Remember me” is selected

These optional services load only after you allow them. Once loaded, each provider sets its own Cookies under its own privacy policy.

Service	Category	What it does
REVIEWS.io	Optional functionality	Connects to REVIEWS.io to display its floating live-review widget. The ordinary rating and review link remain available when this is off. Read the provider’s privacy policy.
Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Leadfeeder, Fraud Blocker, Brevo and WPForms	Optional analytics and advertising	Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion and call tracking, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), LinkedIn Insight and Fraud Blocker (which checks advert clicks for fraud) show which pages and adverts bring people to us and whether they get in touch. With your permission, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn can also use your visit to show you our adverts elsewhere. Microsoft Clarity records how you scroll, click and move around our pages, so we can see where the site is hard to use. Leadfeeder uses your IP address to work out which company you are visiting from. The Brevo chat sits here too, as does WPForms, which sets a visitor code and records the pages you viewed before sending one of our forms. Until you allow them, only the Google tags load. They set no cookies and store nothing on your device (Google Consent Mode, all storage denied), although Google still receives what every web request carries, such as your IP address and the page you are on. Everything else waits. Each provider’s privacy policy: Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Leadfeeder, Fraud Blocker, Brevo, WPForms.
Google	Visitor-requested embed	Connects to Google Maps only after a visitor selects the clearly labelled load-map button on the Contact page. Read the provider’s privacy policy.

Our host, SiteGround, may also set a short lived security Cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It protects Our Site and is not used for advertising.

We keep a record of each choice for 24 months, as proof that we asked. It holds a coded copy of a random ID from your browser, the choice and the date, and nothing that names you.
