Disability Awareness

When we think of disabilities, we tend to think mainly about disabilities that are visual. However, not all disabilities are visible to everyone, and as part of building an inclusive workplace, we not only need to embrace workers with disabilities, but actively promote awareness to be as inclusive as possible. This training course is a brilliant way to raise awareness of all types of disabilities that colleagues may be exposed to.
