In this course, we will discuss Duty of Care, covering your responsibility to care properly for individuals receiving your support in the workplace. Following the code of conduct to ensure the wellbeing of others is one aspect of your duties as a care worker. You are also expected to assist with supporting individuals with their independence, dealing with concerns or complaints, and lastly, knowing how to resolve issues.
By the end of this course, you will have learnt why covering your responsibilities is so important to ensuring the wellbeing of individuals under your care.
