In brief: The Globe records training activity as it happens. Filter by course, user and date, see logins, completions and outstanding training at a glance, and export the result when an auditor, an insurer or a client asks for evidence. Reporting is always included.
Proof, ready before anyone asks
The whole reason for recording training is so somebody can prove it later. That is usually the worst possible moment to be digging through spreadsheets and inboxes. The Globe keeps the record as the training happens, so the evidence already exists before it is needed.

What it does
How live reporting works
- Assign the trainingGive courses to a person, a department, a location or the whole company.
- The Globe records itIt logs logins, progress, completions and expiries as they happen. Nobody updates a spreadsheet.
- Filter to the questionPick the course, the people and the dates that the question is actually about.
- Export the answerTake it out as evidence and send it on.
Who can see what. Live reporting follows the structure you set up. Roles, departments, locations and entities decide whose records an administrator can see, so a site manager does not see the whole company.
Every number on the live reporting dashboard, and what it means
This is the first screen an administrator sees. Six figures run across the top and the panels underneath break them down. Two of them sound alike and are not, so it is worth being precise.
- Total UsersEveryone on your account.
- Subscribed CoursesHow many of the 120+ courses you have access to.
- Remaining CreditsWhat remains on your subscription.
- Unallocated CreditsWhat you have bought but not yet given to anyone. The difference between this and Remaining Credits is the training you have paid for but have not asked anyone to do.
- Expiring ResultsResults coming up for renewal, so you see the work before it falls due.
- CPD PointsThe points your users have earned, across a rolling twelve months.
The live reporting panels underneath
- Training StatusEvery attempt broken into Not Started, In Progress, Passed and Failed. This is the one that tells you whether somebody assigned the training or actually did it.
- Compliance percentage, liveThe same picture by Entity, Location, Department or Role, so you can see exactly which part of the business is behind.
- Training Completed and Active Users over timeWhether activity is trending up or drifting.
- Manager LeaderboardCompletion ranked by team, so it is obvious who is on top of it and who needs a nudge.
- Assessments Requiring ActionAny assessment where somebody has raised an issue. You open it from here to review and resolve it.
What a training matrix actually looks like
This is the spreadsheet the platform produces. Every row is one of your people, every column after their details is a course, and the colour of each cell is where they stand on it. Where somebody has passed, the cell shows the date the training runs out. The matrix then shows who is about to fall out of date as well as who is still in date.
- PassedCompleted. The cell shows the expiry date.
- ExpiringCompleted but expiring soon. The cell shows the expiry date.
- In ProgressStarted but not yet completed.
- Not StartedEnrolled but has not yet started.
- Not Started*Previously completed, then restarted or reassigned.
- FailedThe latest attempt was unsuccessful.
- Not AssignedNobody has assigned this course to this person.

Common questions
What can we report on?
Logins, course activity, completions, outstanding and expiring training, and certificates, filtered by activity type, course, user and date range.
Can we export the data?
Yes. Reports export from The Globe so you can send the evidence to an auditor, an insurer or a client without rebuilding it by hand.
Does reporting cost extra?
No. Reporting is part of the platform and is always included.
Can different managers see different people?
Yes. Users carry roles, departments, locations and entities, and administrator access follows that structure, so a site manager sees their site.
Will it chase people for us?
The Globe sends automated email reminders for outstanding and expiring training, so following up is not a manual job.
