Multi-lingual training

Multi-lingual training in 50 languages, so everyone learns in their first language and you keep one set of records.

In brief: The Globe offers training in 50 languages. A learner works in the language they are most comfortable in. Completions, certificates and reporting then stay in one place, whichever language they used. Availability varies by course and by interface, so it is worth asking us which options cover the courses you need.

Completed and understood

A completion record only means something if the person understood the training. Take a site with a mixed workforce, agency staff or seasonal teams. Deliver everything in English, record a tick, and that record would not survive scrutiny after an incident. Letting people learn in their own language is the difference between evidence and paperwork.

What multi-lingual training does

50 languagesAvailable across the platform, so a mixed workforce is not stuck with one language for everybody.
Right for the team you haveUseful where you run agency, seasonal or multi-national teams and English is not everyone's first language.
One set of recordsWhichever language somebody trains in, the completion lands in the same reporting as everyone else's.
Certificates all the sameA certificate issues on completion in the usual way, so your evidence is consistent.
Real understandingTraining someone can follow is training that stands up if an incident is ever investigated.
No separate systemNo second platform and no separate spreadsheet for the people who need another language.

How multi-lingual training works

  1. Tell us the languagesSay which languages your team needs and which courses matter most.
  2. We confirm the coverageAvailability varies by course and by interface, so we check against the courses you actually want.
  3. Assign as normalYou give people the training the same way as everyone else.
  4. One report at the endCompletions and certificates come back into the same reporting, whatever language was used.

Worth checking before you commit. Training is available in 50 languages, but coverage is not identical across all 120+ courses and the platform interface. Send us the courses and the languages you need. We will then confirm exactly which courses and languages we cover for your team.
