Meet the team

Our UK team is here to help. Every account has a named contact, and you can meet the team below.

Meet the team on the end of the phone

When you call ProCompliance you speak to the same friendly team every time. Directors, account managers and business consultants all look after their own customers, from the first demo through to renewal. As a result, you meet the team on the first call, and nobody hands you on later.

What your account manager actually does

You can meet the team above, so here is what your account manager does once an account is live.

Setting up the account

They set the account up with you, including the groups you want people sorted into.

Courses mapped to roles

Next, they map courses to the roles you are training.

Platform questions

Questions about the platform come to them, from a bulk import to a certificate an auditor has queried.

Expiry warnings

They flag results that are about to expire, instead of waiting for you to notice.

Renewals with the same person

Renewals go to the same person, so the conversation is with somebody who already knows the account.

It stays the same person throughout. Therefore you are not explaining your setup again to a stranger every time something changes.

Where the team sits

Everyone on this page works for ProCompliance. Support runs from the UK, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, so a call late on a Friday reaches the same team that answered on Monday morning. Everyone above is on the end of the phone, so you meet the team whenever you call.

Behind the scenes

How one of our courses was made

We filmed the sexual harassment course again this month, for the duty that changes on 30 October 2026. A presenter spoke to camera, with a script on a prompter, a boom microphone above the frame, softboxes either side, and the sound watched live as we recorded it. We do not film every course this way, but this is what a filming day looks like.

Common questions

Do we get a named account manager?

Yes, at every size. The same person handles your setup, your questions and your renewal, so you are not re explaining yourself each time.

Where is support based?

In the UK. You can call 01344 957 700, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, or email info@procompliance.co.uk.

Is account management charged separately?

No. We include it whether you are training ten people or five thousand, so you meet the team once and keep them.

How do I reach my account manager directly?

Ask them for a direct line and an email address. Otherwise, call 01344 957 700 or email info@procompliance.co.uk and we will put you through to them.

What happens if my account manager is away?

A colleague picks it up. The team is small and it works from the same records, so somebody else can see your account, your groups and your reports without you starting again.

Can we meet the team before we buy anything?

Yes. A demo is a conversation with one of the people on this page and it takes about fifteen minutes. Nobody reads a slide deck at you.
