This online Menopause Awareness course aims to provide an understanding of menopause and to support all colleagues by educating them on the different stages, symptoms, signs, treatments, the law, inclusivity, and ways to make necessary adjustments that can help them and those around them.
By the end of this course, you should have a better understanding of menopause, including its different stages, warning signs, and symptoms. You should also be more aware of the health and safety, equality, and disability issues connected to menopause and the law, including gender reassignment.
