In this section, we look at what mental health is, what ill mental health is, understand how stress and ill mental health are links, and we’ll look at mental wellbeing as a whole.

Time: Approximately 9 minutes

In this section, we’ll look at the risks associated with ill mental health. We’ll cover several mental health problems and how they affect individuals in work, and outside of work.

Time: Approximately 7 minutes

In this section, we’ll look at the historic stigma around mental health, how it has evolved to where we are in todays society, and how this affects individuals today. 

Time: Approximately 6 minutes

In this section, we’ll look at positive approaches individuals, and business can take to promote and encourage a positive mental health and wellbeing culture.

Time: Approximately 8 minutes

In this section, we’ll cover how employee and employer have a share responsibility to promote and encourage a positive culture around mental health and wellbeing, and how we can support each other. 

Time: Approximately 6 minutes

In this section we will cover correct procedures to follow when reporting a concern.
