Microsite: your own branded course shop on our platform
A microsite is your own online course shop on the ProCompliance platform. Your name, your colours, your prices and your web address. You pick the courses, then we deliver the training and issue the certificates.
What a microsite is
A course shop that carries your own branding, so you decide how it looks, which courses appear and what they cost.
Your shop, your look
Name, logo, six colours, typeface, banners and contact details. You set all of it in an editor that previews live before you save.
Your courses, your prices
Sell only what you want, at a price you set within the range we agree for each course.
Your web address
Use the address we give you, which works from day one. Or, once you are ready, point your own domain or a subdomain at the shop.
We do the delivery
We run the course content, the test, the certificate and the learner emails. The certificate also carries the accreditation the course actually holds.
You design it, and you watch it as you type
The editor is on the left and your shop is on the right. Six tabs hold everything: brand, typeface, home page, course page, contact and social, and settings. The preview is your draft, and nothing reaches a customer until you press Save.
- Your name, your logo and six brand colours.
- Eleven typefaces, or your own font stack.
- Your own banner wording on both page types.

Who a microsite is for
Anyone who already sells, recommends or arranges training for other organisations and wants it under their own name.
Training providers and consultants
Add an online library to what you already deliver. Then sell the courses your advice or your audit calls for, without building or hosting anything.
Membership bodies and franchisors
Offer training to members or franchisees under your own name and at your own prices. One shop serves the whole network.
HR and health and safety advisers
Send client companies to a shop that carries your brand, for example for their inductions and mandatory training.
Your courses, your prices
One row per course you hold. Set the price you charge, add a sale price when you want an offer, and switch a course on when you are ready to sell it. Each row saves itself.
- A floor, and often a ceiling, agreed with you for each course.
- Anything you charge above the floor is your margin.
- Your customer sees one price, and the sale price if you set one.

How a microsite works
Set up in an afternoon. No developer, no deploy step, and nothing a customer sees changes until you press Save.
Brand the shop
Add your name and logo, then choose six colours and a typeface. Next, write the banners for your home page and your course pages, and the preview updates as you type.
Choose courses and set prices
Switch on the courses you want to sell from those enabled on your account. Then set a list price for each within its floor and ceiling, with an optional sale price.
Put it on your address
Launch on the address we give you. Or add your own domain once your IT contact has added the DNS record.
Sell and deliver
A customer pays by card at your price. Once the payment clears, they get an email with their course links. Then the course, the test and the certificate run on our platform under your branding.
Watch your sales
Your Transactions shows total sales, total revenue and a top courses chart. Every order also has resend, receipt and refund actions.
Credits, your prices, and somebody to talk to
A microsite is the shop. This is the arrangement behind it.
You buy credits from us
You buy credits in bulk at partner prices, then draw them down as your customers use them. One credit is one person on one course.
You set your own prices
Your microsite shows the prices you set. What you charge above the partner price is yours, and you can also price each course differently.
We talk every month
A catch-up with your account manager every month if you want one, so you can raise new courses, renewals and anything that is not working as they come up.
Why you would want a microsite
Your brand on the front, our training behind it, and nothing to build.
Your brand front and centre
A shop on your own domain reads as your business, because your brand is the one customers see. Your customer never sees the floor and ceiling on a course. They see one price, and a sale price if you set one.
Your margin is yours
The floor is your cost line, so what you charge above it is your margin. It is yours to keep, or to spend on winning the sale.
Trusted training behind it
More than 1,000 UK organisations train with us, and customers rate us 4.9 from 77 reviews on Reviews.io. Selected courses carry IOSH approval or CPD accreditation, and each course page shows which.
Every order in one place
Your Transactions carries total sales, total revenue and a top courses chart, with a filter row above the orders themselves.
- Resend the course links when a learner says nothing arrived.
- Open a receipt for a buyer who needs one for expenses.
- Raise a refund request, and follow it on its own tab.

What you get with a microsite
All of it is in your partner account from day one.
- Your name, logo, six colours, typeface, both banners, and your contact and social details in the footer.
- A course listing with search, category chips, a card per course and a basket, as well as a page for each course you switch on.
- The address we give you from day one, and your own domain or subdomain whenever you are ready.
- Card checkout at your price, and the learner emails that carry the course links, sent when the payment clears.
- Credits for an employer buying for a team: move them onto a client account, then they enrol their own staff.
- A theme export for backup, a partner guide, and an account manager for courses, credits and commercial questions.
