In this section, we will cover the interview process, including which questions and techniques to use to ensure you choose the appropriate candidate.

In this section, we will cover processes to put in place post interview, including contacting references and asking references the correct questions. We also cover the types of checks to do, including DBS Checks, criminal records, health checks and eligibility to work in the UK.

In this section, we cover the induction and probation period, how to induct people effectively, and the importance of supervision in the early months.
