Support

Support means a named account manager and a phone number a person answers, plus quick answers to what administrators ask us most.

This page is for the person who has to run the training. That is the administrator who:

  • Assigns the courses
  • Chases the people who have not done them
  • Produces the evidence when somebody asks for it

If you are still deciding whether to train with us, the frequently asked questions will be more use.

How to reach ProCompliance support

Your account manager

Every customer has a named one. It is the fastest route because they already know your account, your courses and who your people are. If you are not sure who yours is, ask on the number below.

Who to ask

Call us

01344 957 700

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Describe the problem in your own words. We will not ask you for a reference.

Call now

Email us

info@procompliance.co.uk

Include your company name, and if it is about one person, their email address. That is usually enough for us to look at the account before we reply.

Send an email

There is no support ticket system, no portal, no reference numbers and no queue. You talk to a person who can already see your account.

Response times

What to expect when you get in touch

The same working day wherever we can

We answer most things within a few hours of you asking.

Within one working day at the latest

The contact page makes the same commitment, and it applies to email as well as the phone.

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Those are our support hours, except bank holidays. Anything that arrives after hours is picked up first thing the next working day.

A person, not a form letter

Support is included with every account, at no extra cost.

Our Service Level Agreement is part of every customer agreement and puts our response times in writing. If the system is down, or a large part of it, we aim to update you within an hour and fix it within one working day. We aim to reply to other issues within one to three working days, depending on how much they affect you. You can read it on our terms and policies page.

Common questions

Common questions

Do you have a support ticket system?

No, and it is deliberate. There is no portal to log into, no queue and no reference numbers. Every ProCompliance customer has a named account manager, so you speak to a person who can already see your account. If you would rather put it in writing, email info@procompliance.co.uk and it reaches the same people.

How quickly will somebody come back to me?

We aim to answer the same working day wherever we can, and within one working day at the latest. Our support hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

Response times for faults are written into our Service Level Agreement, which is part of every customer agreement. If the system is down, we aim to update you within an hour.

One of our people cannot sign in. What do I do?

Start at the learner login page and check they are using the address you set the account up with. From the admin side you can resend their credentials or trigger a password reset. If signing in is a recurring problem, switch the account to magic links. That emails a sign in link instead of asking for a password. If it is still stuck, call us on 01344 957 700.

How do I chase people who have not done their training?

Two ways, and most customers use both. The Globe sends reminders on its own: course reminders and a weekly user reminder. You switch them on or off in Settings, and you can write your own wording instead of ours.

For a push before a deadline, filter a course report to the people you mean. Then use Send Bulk Reminder. The Globe logs every send in Email Tracking, so you can show that the chase happened.

Our auditor wants evidence. What do I send them?

Filter a course report to the people and period they asked about, then export. You can take a full CSV of every result. You can take a training matrix as a spreadsheet, where every row is a person and every column a course. Otherwise download every certificate for that filtered group in one go.

Include Historic keeps older records in the export. External Only narrows it to training that happened before or outside the platform. Support will walk you through it the first time.

We have training records from our old provider. Can they go in?

Yes. They go into a result container. That is a bucket you name yourself, holding training that happened somewhere else. You can link a container to the matching Globe course, or leave it unlinked for training we do not offer. The upload is a four column CSV of email, name, completedDate and expiryDate, with dates as DD/MM/YYYY. There is also a template to download.

The Globe reports the expiry date you supply, so nobody restarts a clock that is already running. You can also attach the original certificate to the record.

Can we group people by site, department or role?

Yes. Entities, locations, departments and roles are the four ways you divide the account. They run through everything. That is who gets the assignment and how reports break down. It is also who can see a policy, and the live compliance figures on the dashboard.

Something is wrong with an invoice or our credits.

That is a question for your account manager. Call 01344 957 700 or email info@procompliance.co.uk with your company name and we will pick it up. Your dashboard shows both remaining credits and unallocated credits, so it is worth a look first. Unallocated credits are training you have paid for and not yet asked anybody to do.

Everything on this page describes The Globe as it works today. If you need something that is not here, call the support team on 01344 957 700 and we will tell you whether The Globe can do it.
